A bit about me:
"Unlike many health and fitness professionals, I don't have a sporting background! (Shocking I know). My interest in becoming an Exercise Physiologist came from my intrigue in the human body, treating chronic disease naturally and psychology.
My interests are playing guitar, gardening and being a father to my son. I'd like to think I'm good at least two of those things!
Having worked in a commercial gym for many years before obtaining my degree in Exercise Physiology, I understand how confusing and intimidating it can be to start on a journey towards fitness and health. I created Movement in Mind so no one is forced to feel intimidated, crowded or judged ever again. I love what I do and I ensure to always give the best to the people I have the privilege of meeting"
