Matt is our senior physiotherapist at Movement in Mind with a strong background in musculoskeletal medicine and
strength and conditioning.
Using the latest evidence and techniques, Matt aims to help you navigate your problem and create a comprehensive plan to get you back to the things you love. He places a strong emphasis on an active approach to managing pain and injury and will help you develop the skills to help you ultimately self-manage your pain.

Matt enjoys collaborating with people from all walks of life including athletes, those experiencing persistent pain and
those simply wanting to work through the complexities of pain and injury in their day to day life.
